Pally, a Y Combinator startup, has raised $5.2 million in seed funding at a $30 million valuation, according to Dealroom.
Cyber Fund and Y Combinator led the round, with Pioneer Fund, Founders Inc, 468 Capital, and angel investors also participating. The company’s AI assistant works through text messages and connects with Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Notion, and iMessage.
Users can ask it to manage inboxes, reply to messages, book flights, and make restaurant reservations; Pally says it encrypts data in transit, does not sell user data, and does not train models on it.
The company completed its YC stint in 2025 and launched its current product in June 2026.

4-ounce aircraft tracking and striking a flying moth without a person steering the final interception. Founders Alex Toussaint and Clovis Piedallu presented the test as progress toward mosquito control, but the demonstration did not target a mosquito.
The system uses ultrasonic sonar rather than relying mainly on cameras: a 380-microphone base station maps moving insects and guides the drone into a collision.
